Return Policy
Skincare Products
Due to hygiene and safety, all skincare and product sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Facial Appointments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Reschedules/cancellations require at least ‘12 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
No-shows may be charged the full appointment fee.
